Saloon Soft (Android package com.saloonsoft.app, developed by Elevate Code Digital) lets you delete your account and personal data at any time, from the app or this page.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open Saloon Soft and sign in.
- Go to Profile (customers) or More → My profile (studio team).
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
Option 2 — On this page
Sign in, then return to this page to delete your account. Sign in
Option 3 — By email
Email elevatecodedigital@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify and complete requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login, name, phone, email and profile photo
- Notification preferences and device push tokens
- Favourites, saved inspiration and waitlist entries
What is kept, and for how long
- Appointment and payment records a studio must keep for tax or legal reasons are anonymised (your name and contact details are removed) and kept for up to 7 years.
- Signed consent forms may be retained by the studio where health and safety law requires it.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Studio owners
Deleting an owner account does not automatically delete the studio's client records. Contact elevatecodedigital@gmail.com to close your studio and erase its data.
